ICE is the connector between SAP and IntegrityNext. It ensures that every order is automatically checked for EUDR relevance – without any manual intermediary steps.
This is how it works:

Create an order – your purchasing department works in SAP as usual.

Start automatic EUDR check – If the order contains EUDR-relevant materials, ICE transmits the data directly to IntegrityNext. There, the supplier data is verified, the necessary information is obtained, and then forwarded to the EU portal TRACES. The final result is available in IntegrityNext.

Status back to SAP – ICE regularly checks the processing status. Once the due diligence check is complete, the results appear directly in the order in SAP.

Approve or stop – Based on the check result, the order is automatically forwarded – either to the next approver or directly to the supplier. If the check is negative, the order is automatically stopped.
